Hoppers is Karan Gokani’s award-winning London restaurant, co-founded with JKS Restaurants
Inspired by the toddy shops, spice gardens, and coastal kitchens of Sri Lanka and South India, it’s where you’ll find hoppers, dosas, kothu, short eats, rice, and roasts — the kind of food meant to be shared.
The first Hoppers opened in Soho and earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand in its first year. Marylebone followed in 2017, taking cues from Sri Lankan architect Geoffrey Bawa. King’s Cross came next in 2020, the largest of the three, drawing on the coastal journey from Colombo to Galle.
